Our refund policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Once we receive your email, a customer service representative will provide you with a shipping address to send the product.
When we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
